The Newberry Tourism Center is quite a buzz with inquiries about the Nations Park which by now you know is being built in Newberry. This Park will be a state of the art facility and ball players from all over the Country will want to come here to play ball. It is slated to be completed in the spring of 2012 with 16 ball fields. This will cause an influx of 100 to 106 teams per week with 1700 youth ball players plus their families. Stay tuned. More to come.

I want to thank Barbara Llewellyn of the Observer. She has been very good to the Newberry Main Street Program over the years, in allowing us access to inform you about the Main Street program and our progress. Thanks from all of us.
